CONSULTING
Our unique state-of-the-art BioDAF process, which is "dual" biological-physical-chemical, makes it highly efficient symbiosis for water reuse in irrigation of green areas, washing floors, filling water for cooling towers, etc.
Biology stage makes the degradation of dissolved organic matter. This is done under the method of total mixture and high oxygen transfer, thus reducing to a maximum of six hours, the retention time.
The physical-chemical stage is performed by advanced dissolved air flotation clarifying the water with an efficiency up to 99% removal of suspended solids, fats, oils, hydrocarbons, etc. The retention time is done in under 3 minutes.

Our efficiency is unmatched by conventional sedimentation methods (which do not remove fat) or biological processes that use bacteria (which die or become vegetative when the pollutant loads vary).

Our headquarters in Guadalajara, Mexico have a test lab equipped with the latest in wastewater treating technology. In this lab we find the most important contaminants found in water, such as: COD (chemical oxygen demand), TSS (total suspended solids), turbidity and heavy metals. With our state-of-the-art technology we ensure our clients the effectiveness of our processes. We find adequate solutions to our very diverse clients water issues.

BioDAF water technology has developed a unique process for the treatment of leachate (garbage juice). By combining different technologies, from high-impact ionization, through advanced dissolved air flotation, an ozone contact chamber, and finally a nano-filtration process.
We have developed a process that allows us to reuse water for irrigation of green areas, which is of great benefit in hotels with golf course, and large green areas.
Is the water resulting from the process of drilling an oil or gas well, and in BioDAF water tech we have developed a process to deliver the best quality water for irrigation of green areas, or for drilling machinery maintenance.
